Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I cannot praise the staff enough! The property was located by the sea so the views from the restaurants were absolutely beautiful. The food was very nice and there was a sufficient amount of choice. We always felt satisfied at meal times. The room showers had steam machines within them which basically transformed the shower into a private steam room. This was a very pleasant surprise. We also had a jacuzzi on the balcony.

The location is greate. The room with the private pool is amazing. The all inclusive is good (include drinks and good food every meal

We had the best experience in the hotel. Breakfast is delicious. There is a very good restaurant inside of the hotel our room was exceptional,the beach is a second away. We saw the sea from the balcony and we had a Jacuzzi in the room. The price is amazing for all of the things that we got. The room is very clean. There is no problem with the Wi-Fi .most of all we want to thank the stuff. All of the employees were amazing. We had such an amazing personal care that wasn’t included in the price .we were in an accident and they took care of us like family. The manager is the most amazing and nice person that ever exists,and the staff is willing to help with everything that we needed. They gave us much more than we ever could expect. They even wanted to make sure that we’re OK after we got home. I highly recommend to book a trip to the hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

I really liked our room (balcony with jacuzzi) and location. We were in an older two story building so we were on second story which made it that our balcony ended up having a lot of shade (room 812) which is something I really enjoyed… I also enjoyed that we didn’t have to walk through hotel to come in and out of our room and that we could easily walk to the sea and swim and then come back to our private balcony (the beach was crazy crowded with very little shade). The food with room and board was also very good. The people working in the restaurant were very nice as well as were the front desk staff. The gym has a great view and enough free weights for a good workout. One photo is of our room balcony take from above (from the gym balcony).

Best breakfast during our round trip lasting two weeks in Crete. Chersonissos is a very lovely town with a very nice walking street among the cost line and appr. 5-10 meters higher as the sea. Some hotels and restaurants were closed in November but there were still enough open before they close for winter time. This hotel and its large garden were peaceful and hotels restaurant had lovely view to the sea locating appr. 5-10 meters above sea level. We spent 2 nights in this hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Will some day for sure come again back to this hotel and this town. Small parking place in a separate area where we could walk straight from hotels garden.
