Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Overall a great experience! We would visit again. The Deluxe Romantic suite was very nice - clean, tidy, blackout curtains, bed was comfortable, the A/C was strong, and there's a private hot tub on the balcony. The highlight was definitely the food at the all-inclusive buffet - delicious, fresh, and with local ingredients. For every meal there were authentic Greek dishes, sea food, international food (fries, sushi, etc), and a variety of desserts. Chef Chrysandros was phenomenal - very friendly, hospitable and was happy to accommodate my spouse who has particular dietary requirements. The reception staff and hotel manager were also lovely and very accommodating. They arranged affordable taxi transit to/from the Heraklion airport (around €40 one way).

Fantastic stay. I cant rate the service provided by the staff enough. This was by far the best hotel ive been too in terms of service, friendlyness and service.. nothing was too much trouble. the food was exceptional too! Particularly the pork on the live cook area. I would like to give a specific mention to the head Chef, waiters and the reception staff including Dimitra who really went above and beyond.. the roof top gym facing the ocean was also very cool. Nice local wine! My room was sea view which was just dreamy with the sea right outside!

The location is perfect, the restaurent of the hotel it's great we eat there mostly because the food is delicous and the prices are reasonable the waiters are proffesionals and kind especially Yanis. The breakfast was realy fine and diversified. There is a personal parking for the hotel's guests and it's very important at this area of Hersonissos. The staff is super kind and always smiling, and how can I write a review without mentioning Dimitria?? such a wonderfull woman with personal care, she gave us recommendations to beatiful beaches and always asked if anything is great, even decorate our room for our honeymoon :) thank you so much for wonderfull staying!!

It was close to the waterside. There was lots of options for breakfast. They offered free Yoga classes on tuesday and thursday morning, which was awesome doing on the balcony early morning with the sea view!! And the Bus Stop 21 is nearby, max. 5 minutes walk. From the brown bus station at the airport you can easily get there by bus. You only need to take the bus in direction of Malia. The ticket price is 3,20€ p.P. The stuff was very friendly and welcoming!

Great hotel. Mostly the service and the staff. When a small issue with the room occurred, Helena the assistant manager, handled it amazingly, she is kind and great. The Room was new completely, and renovated at a very high level. Sadly I got a room facing the ally, with another hotel window view, but the room design and tidiness, as well as facilities, compensated for everything. (Also the windows are 100% blocking any noise or light - accidently over slept because of it).
